Call For Writers
Written articles that introduce projects, discuss or explain development issues, review of software and hardware products, providing or conducting interviews, starting a developer diary, submitting a project postmortem or writing a guess editorial on our industry.
Source code
Source code is obviously of great value to the community, which is very appreciative to those that provide it. We accept complete game source code, frameworks, engines, interesting code fragments, utilities and cool demo code. Whether your source code is for the latest Apple OS, or legacy code from the “old days” – we’re sure someone in the community will find a use for it!
Game Assets
Artistic contributions are also very welcome — graphics, sounds, music and 3D models, are all necessary components of any game. Having your work used in an actual game project is not only good publicity for your talents but is also extremely gratifying.
Tutorials
We welcome tutorials on a wide range of topics such as game development and general Macintosh programming, cross-platform solutions and utilizing development tools. Non-development how-tos that cover graphic and sound creation are also encouraged.
Users that submit features, source code and game assets to iDevGames are granted a free link to promote themselves, their games, projects or company. Since tutorials play such an important role at iDevGames, their authors will receive a free banner. Please contact our Editor for further information.

Not only do they reveal the latest news, they also give readers some insight into what is going on behind the scenes. For developers, they offer a unique method to reach out to their fans, as well as building name recognition in the community. Contact our Editor to find out how you can open your own diary today.

Learning from your peers is an invaluable way of teaching yourself better technique. Our forum is an extensive resource of interactive problem solving, trouble-shooting and game design discussions. If you cannot find the answer you need then post your question and our friendly readers will help you as much as possible. In addition, it serves as a great place to network and make new industry relationships.
