as a warm up for carnagestar, i'm gunna make a game, so far called blob wars.
you are a blob.
you have a war.
you can play single player or multi-player, and you can have blobs on your side.
you can be blue blobs, green blobs, red blobs, purple blobs, or orange blobs.
the weapons are:
missile launcher: dodgeable, but one hit: one kill, and it leaves a green stain, (or blue or red or purple or orange stain) splattered across the ground or the wall behind.
gun: one word. bang!
acid launcher: leaves a little green puddle.
sword: quite obvious.
zappa: zaps stuff, and leaves a little bit of smoke wisping up from a black stain.
seeker missile: does what it says.

im thinking you could have a capture the flag game.

all in all, just a bit of fun.

Cool Idea, and it will be a quick thing to make since all the models are blobs!

That's right. You could focus on making a lot of complex and nice looking levels instead. :P
That's what I'm doing for my new project. Simple (and funny) models and nice levels... I hope I can finish this one. :/

I just continue my first project knowing that I can finish it .

i was also thinking of mines. really easy to make = square primative then sphere primative.

yay, i've started!
ive made some blobs, made mines, a rocket launcher, and a map. i'd post some pictures but i haven't changed the textures yet so it will look like one big brown blob. yay, my first game!

uh... if you made that game so fast... How many games do you intend to make?

i haven't finished the game yet, the map has holes in it, blobs and mines are easy to make and i started about 30 minutes after i posted this topic.
