oh yes.
the blob was too small so i scaled it by 2000 on Z,X and Y.
then it was too big so i scaled it by -1500 on Z,X, and Y.
this is what happened:
i think the problem is that a negative value wont work.
how do you scale something down?
Did you use scale model or mesh? (out of interest) weird things happen when you scale mesh if it has bones...
Scaling the bones with the mesh hasn't been added yet.
The negatives will ether make the model disappear or completely flat.
If you haven't rigged the mesh yet then you will probably need to reimport it.
The scale is a percentage. If you want it smaller, use something less then 100. 50 would make it half size, 200 would double the size.

Yes. Scale the mesh ONLY effects the mesh, scale the model scales all meshes and all bones. There is many a times you will want to scale a mesh without effecting the bones.

Ah! glad to hear it!

If you scale to a negative value, does it invert the model?
no, the model disappears.

There's going to be a check in the next version so this doesn't happen anymore.
