Why is it that when I import textures with transparent bits into the animator the whole model becomes transparent? It is really annoying.
Show us the texture, otherwise we really can't help you Wink.

And the model turns out:

Check the normals (the purple lines that stick out of the model, one of the buttons in animator).
The purple lines should be sticking outwards (bisecting the angle of the edges if you know what that means) Wink. If they're not, reset them. If they're still not, fix them in wings.
The normals are normal.

<lol>
LOL!

Anyway, that model is awesome!
Best make each texture totally solid or totally transparent. Split the transparent parts up into a new texture.
That's what I was thinking of doing. Anyway, I am not using Dim3 for Quarterblood, I will use my mate's engine.
I have found out that Dim3 can't handle the polys on the Tauri, anyway.
I have had the same problem in the past with trees.
Part of what I'm working on right now is proper transparency sorting, so that should be eventually worked out in one way or another.
