Brian, I can't seem to get weights to work anymore, I've tried everything, but it just won't work!

I have cumulative rotation off, because it screws up the animation on every model, (not sure just what it's for!) maybe that has something to do with it.
Cumulative Rotation screws up the animation if you didn't use it while making the animation Wink.
What does it DO though? And does anyone know why weighting isn't working?

Can you send me a model where you are having the weight problem?

Cumulative rotation is something some people can't live without, and some people like it the other way. You have to pick ONE OR THE OTHER as they both act *very* different. If you start with one, stick with it or redo all the animations.

Cumulative is what it sounds like, a rotation on one bone effects all the children bones. It makes it easier to do poses if you are moving from children on up. For instance, if you rotate a elbow, then moving the shoulder keeps the elbow at the rotation (instead of being rotated against the new plane of the shoulder.)
