Just add water to a portal (it's one of the tools on the right.) Not that water physics still need a bit of work, and that what you are actually adding is a water "level", i.e., everything below counts as underwater.

Not that it really matters, but I was wondering how this worked. Fr'instance you turned the water 45 degrees on the x axis. Because it is now 'thinner' when seen from above, would the 'water area' beneath it just be thinner? Or would the water area actually come down from the water segment at a forty five degree angle?

Yup, it's a "level", it can't be turned. Water is something I'll put more work into, but, again (I know this is a broken record), there's more important things I need to get to, finishing collision and getting transparency sorting are more important.

Oh... right. I was thinking of water like regular segments.
