Well, I make my poses in the animator, the bones are rigged correctly (i think) illput the poses in the animation, look at the poses, and they appear how I want them to, but i will play the animation, and it goes all whacky, the hand changes position, and the slider on the gun doesnt move back like it should.
any help would be appreciated

Gun- One thing you should check is the timing set for the animations. Thats the amount of time it will take to play through the specific pose.That will help make it look less jerky and weird. I don't know what to say about it going out of alignment entirely though, like you said.
Go to Model>>Settings>> Turn OFF Cumulative Rotation
This should be default as it screws everything up.
That will fix the problem.

I thought I did too -- old models should not come in with cumulative checked. I know all my still haven't. Weird. I'll have to watch this one.

Yes I do, its on the right hand side, its the entire Dim3 folder.
