All right. I now know how to UV map in wings.
Is there a way to export an image of the UV map and open it in an image editing program so I know where everything goes?
Yes! • First right click in the UV window and click create texture. Happy now ccccc?

• Right click on the image in the side bar and either go to make external, or export (not sure which?). You can then copy the image into, or open it in your editing program.
Also some advice, split models up into various objects to make texturing easier.
Happy Happy Joy Joy!
The prospect of having to guess where everything is and tweak for hours to get everything right had me kinda scared.
Thanks much.
EDIT:
Wait a minute, I UV map it, and when I open up the outliner and see Body_AUV, but when I right-click it, wings does not give me the option to export it. What am I doing wrong?
He forgot a step, first you have to go to the uv window and right click create texture, then do the right click thing to the image that makes

.
Oh don't worry, the UVing complicated models will make up for not having to guess for hours where the texture goes XD.
