Alright. I am making a laser cannon by modifying the raygun model and script. I place the fire bone at the muzzle and the barrel bone a ways back and directly behind it. When I run the engine, I get two problems. the barrel tracking crosshairs is down towards the lower left of the screen when I look at the sky, when I looked at the sky with the old raygun, it was in the center. Also, when I fire, the smoke comes from a point to my lower left off my screen. The origin of the smoke does not move as I turn, but it does when I move. This is kind of strange, as the smoke is supposed to come from the muzzle

. Please help me fix these problems.

You're more than likely missing a bone somewhere. A lot of the weapon setup uses bones to tell where things are in the model. Check the bones in the ray gun and try to find the ones missing in the cannon, or name them the same.
