Sry but i dont know how to animate on the 3d program wings3d can i ... if i can how?

If you look in the user's manual to wings, there should be a nice hand tutorial, either that, or you could search Google for some Wings tutorials, after you try a few out, you should try modeling on your own. You'll get better, trust me.

You cannot animate and render in Wings 3D. (Yes, you can render, but the rendering in Wings looks horrible.)
If you want to make something like an animated movie, try Maya, Cinema 4D or Lightwave.
Or if you have no money, use Blender, even though I don't recommend it.

Hey, Blender can do some amazing animation, it's not really that hard at all.

It's got a great animating system and its also free.

You can MODEL in wings, if that's what you mean.
Animating for your game has to be done in dim3 .

Hint: Change preferences to the right kind of mouse then right/control click.
