Well Photoshop 2.0 elements stopped working after I got leopard now this shows up whenever I start it up.

"an unexpected and unrecoverable problem has occured because of a program error. Photoshop will now exit"

An fixes?

This is the primary reason why I had to stop working on my project and it would be nice if I could get back to work on it.
Well that not a very helpful error message. Can you get a log for it?

The first thing I can think of is just look around the photoshop site to see if theres a patch you need for leopard or something.
Same happened with photoshop 7 for me. I just downloaded and haxed photoshop CS to replace it. Why don't you get elements 3.
Re-Install it. I get this every now and then in Elements 3.

teh1ghool: You didn't pirate that copy of CS by any chance did you?
I need to find the disc for it then.
Any freeware(NON ILLEGAL) photoshop like apps I can use though?

Alex, you using leopard?
Well, there's "GIMPShop": http://www.gimpshop.com/

I'm not using Leopard, but Photoshop Elements isn't actually compatible with Leopard. It might work for a while, but it's not meant to.
thanks, If this gimpshop works i should be back to work on my project.
Or just gimp.org (gimp).
(install x11 from your install disk to get it to run)
Yeah, I'll have to use normal gimp.
Apparently ive been reading up and the current gimpshops are not compatible with OSX 10.5 leopard.

which sucks as my productivity will be limited by my time learning the new interface.
I did pirate it, Dr. Infested. I already had PS 7 and it doesn't work on leopard so I just upgraded a little. We have serial keys for it buried in the abyss somewhere (unused ones), so whether or not I pirated it, it was purchased.
