Frustum culling, portal culling, and a couple other things. No backfacing culling, it's more expensive then letting the z-buffer take the hit on modern cards.

Can you explain this a little better to me? What movement method were you using, etc.

He means that if you zoom in while in front view, it works, but if you then turn to the side and try to zoom it will not zoom the direction you are now facing but on the same axis it did before you turned.
You mean when using the scroll wheel? I thought I fixed that ... or is it something else?

It is the scroll wheel in the wireframe view in the 3d panel. Also -- Please make ability to set orthographic vs perspective views per-panel so I can make the 2d panels ortho and the 3d panel perspective.

Ah ha -- I finally figured out what you guys are talking about -- it works right but just not how you expect. The mouse wheel works in the SELECTED view, which is why it looks funny. It should work in the view that you are OVER. This is the problem

I'll look at the ortho thing.

Psst...brian....widescreen computer monitors have an aspect ratio of 1.6:1, not 1.85:1

They have a number of different resolutions, this is restricting the screen to between 4:3 and 1:85:1, which includes all those. It stops the extreme edge cases that are very distorted.
I'm working on all the interface scaling right now, it works OK under certain scales but it very broken under others. I'm getting that all setup so the interface on widescreen works as well as 4:3.

Looking at another copy in a couple of days to try to finish the missing things in Editor before moving on to Engine. There will still be work to do and a number of request, but I want to get the major functions working.
And you'll have undo

Yay––I can't stand not being able to undo things!
When will we be able to subtract things from other things? I am very eager to work with that!
