Update on next beta:
This next beta will have a slight change to the model format. A much requested feature has been added -- each pose of an animation can have multiple particle and/or ring launches.
It's fun to test a JoeFoe that constantly spawns numerous particles
A couple editor fixes, a couple physics fixes, another couple of days.

Brian, respawning is broken on 2.2 with the Windows version of the enigne; could you fix a bunch of those bugs in 2.5?
Strong Hammer: If they are in separate portals make sure the portals are touching.

Of course, if I know of a bug I'll fix it. Is this with network games? I'm going to try to get out windows versions of the betas when I can.

Alexander Smith, that doesn't work.
ccccc, they aren't.
Brian, what is the different between HILIGHT, and HILIGHT_DIFFUSE?
Alexander Smith Wrote:Brian, what is the different between HILIGHT, and HILIGHT_DIFFUSE?
HILITE is an unlighted model (i.e., always full bright)
HILITE_DIFFUSE is the same, but will have the diffuse shading on it

Could you add "spheres" that show the light radius in the editor? Like in Cinema 4D.

Thats a good idea.
I have made a small map and I made a light that is set to 2000 but it still doesn't light anything at all. The color is set to white. Am I doing something wrong?

Light distance is now in model units. 2000 is about as much as the player model in the demo is high, aka not much. Do 10000.
