Typewriter: It should work correctly, dim3 tries to figure out a "type" for a polygon, even though it's not implicitly set anymore.

ccccc: Saving is broken, I know that, Engine's got a ways to go, I'm not there yet.

Alex: Can you give me an example of what Q3 does for shaders, especially if it's a specular map that it uses + the texture? I can't do modeler specular because I don't have the same information a modeler does, I just need to get a better grasp on the math as I think it's right but it doesn't seem right to you guys. Anything will help me here.

Bink: Is mapping working right for you now?

ccccc (part 2): The vertex/no vertex crash -- is that Animator or Editor?

Mapping is not really working... the parts now scale properly but still dont align correctly. There are small gaps inbetween that I can't close, even with grid turned off.

With the three OBJs you sent me, I was able to do it without a problem, please send me the map with the imported objects where you can't line them up.

I meant to upload what I have, but the last 4 days have been thunderstorms and tornado, so I haven't gotten anything done Smile As soon as it breaks long enough to upload something at night, I'll get it up for you (I need to go through it and remove all the testing stuff and other things before uploading.)

Bug: Cant select poses for animations in the new version of the animator. (Worked in last version)

Also, it would be really useful if in the editor and the animator the open dialogue would recognies key input for jumping to the items in the list. IE: if you were to press J it would jump to Joe Foe or whatever was alphabetically at the top of the list ("Jam Jar" for example). Basically, Use a proper list view.
Hell, why can't you just use Finder's dialogue box? It's much prettier and more functional.
Are the uv-maps broken? I've uv mapped something and imported it into the editor and the uv maps are all beat up. Whats up?

The old mine script gives an error, do I have to change something to get it to work?

Okay, btw the new saving dialog looks alot better. Smile

Is it the auto-texture that's the problem? Import your OBJ with the auto-texture off and it'll auto-lock the UVs.
