No, it's in the texture. I know what's causing it, but not how to fix it. Smile

PatrickA Wrote:∆ The lights seem to be acting up, a light that is set to 1000 only lights up a little.
That's because lights are now in model units, not map units. Use something like 10000 or 50000.
Good things.

•GUI updates are good.

•Seems faster then B7.

•Menu options are a lot more clear, and easier to work with.

Some problems.

•Quads and Triangles do NOT work together in lighting. A completely triangulated map works fine with the lighting. A completely quad-based map works fine, but when you put quads and triangles together, the lighting screws up.

•Can't duplicate lights, spots or nodes anymore.

EDIT: And one more thing, when importing a model from the library, it is critical that the user be able to set a % size for the model's overall size, and NOT be only able to set an X Y and Z size. If we manually set those sizes, the model is almost always warped, and not the correct proportions.
Brian, I used your data folder with my single one model put into the lib and 3 textures put into the bitmaps, only one used. I will send you those.

By scaling I mean Pieces->Transform Mesh->Resize... Auto texture off works great. Thanks.
When I duplicate a mesh and move it over to the side, (On the same grid) it doesn't line up. No matter what I do, there's a little space between them. :| I don't understand why.

UPDATE!

I didn't notice the snap to grid option. Works fine now! I've got an idea though, could you put in an option for making all meshes snap to grid instead of manually selecting each one?

UPDATE II

I've noticed that the "add mesh to library" option doesn't work anymore.

Also, there isn't any option to separate mesh. You can combine but not separate.

Yup, haven't implemented that yet, it would basically be a OBJ exporter. It's not high priority Smile

PatrickA Wrote:Also, there isn't any option to separate mesh. You can combine but not separate.

Yup on that too -- I've thought about that, there's lots of places where that would be useful (especially if importing one big mesh, its inefficient for the physics and would be nice to break up.) I just don't know HOW the user interface would work, so I'm open to suggestions Smile

I'm chasing this one but haven't recreated it yet, can you send me an example?

Actually, forget it, I'm trying out a new rendering setup (might be too slow but I need it to get speculars fully working) -- so if this works out all that code will be new, anyway.

Could you add a cancel button to the save changes dialog in the editor? :P
I Can't download it anymore, it says "This HomePage does not exist"

Look back a couple pages, the old ones don't exist and there's usually only the newest beta, for instance:
