Yes, that color. It comes in white+blue or black+gold. I wouldn't have it any other way, black+gold FTW.
Brian -- I had to call 911 on someone I know at the jumps for going over his bars. Got a really bad concussion. Now he is my 'opponent' in XC biking. My goal is to get as fast as him in it. He's a lot smaller so is better suited for XC biking.
It's a $1000 bike which is decent. The frame is worth about $400. It is chromolite, which flexes like steel but is lighter. Not quite as light as aluminum, but aluminum doesn't flex. The fork is a $300 fork I think (that is the front shocks). The rims and rear disk break are cheapy. I am going to replace the rear break with a juicy 7 hydraulic disc break ($175) and an 8 inch disc which I already have sitting next to me.
($35) Eventually I will replace the rims when I bend/dent them ($300 total or more)
That bike is perfect for its price. By the time I finish adding better components (new brake + new rims) it will be probly around $1500 or so. It really is a great bike.
