it looks weird when I export a 3d file with a uv map and put it in dim 3, it looks like smudge marks are left behind and its a little blurred. Also while im asking this about this let me add something how do you do head bobbing.

It depends, I guess your using wings, right? Do you actually have a texture yet, or it this the UV map texture wings makes?
Head bobbing is just like any other animation. Give the head a bone, make the main bone around the shoulders the parent, and pose it to move up and down along with the walk cycle.
Thanks for the info on head bobbing, Heres what the uv map looks like I dont know how to fix it up it leaves white marks and doesnt look right when i put it in dim3

The white smudges are the mipmapping smudging bits of the white background into the texture. Make the background a color that will blend in with the rest of the texture.
