This is what i'm trying to do.
I have a police lightbar and i'm trying to make the blue and red light alternate on and off(I'm using the blinking light option) but i can't change the timing on them so they both go on and off at the same time.
or better yet, is it possible to have rotating lights?
You could have them attached to bones that rotate around eachother.

You see... the light moves with the light bone, which rotates around it's parent, the light source bone.
The blue circle is the lights radius.
The bone that actually rotates, is the light source bone. The light bone just follows it's movement.
That way, the light will rotate around the light source.
You can turn lights on/off by script. That's the easiest way.
bones? is this in editor?
Oh, I thought you were talking about animator. My bad.
You could make a model that has the lights attached.
Theres no way to do rotating lights in editor.
What about alternating on and off lights?
Just so you know, you don't really see the lights from the police car much unless it's nighttime. Daytime, you see the flashing light, but it doesn't make everything look blue and red. Just use an animated texture/model. Smile
