How do you make it so when you reach a certain portal you go to the next?

Go to the portal settings, there's an nice simple menu where you can type in the name of the map you want to load.

Thx that was simple. Do you have to put it in quotations or anything?

Nope, just type down the exact name of the map, it will be the name of the XML map file, MINUS the .xml extension.
