You know how for wall segments theres an option called wall clipping where you can choose circle shapes and stuff, is there one for floors/ceilings because i can't find it.

No, the only reason it's there for walls is because you can't do it yourself with walls. The new editor won't have an option for either, actually. (can do it by hand)

then how do you do it by hand?

add more polys to the floor/ceiling or use more segments.

Yeah but I'm using a curved wall surface though.

Well... I don't want to be rude or anything, but you're fucked then.
Use the newest beta and create your map as a mesh. That's better anyway.
