If I may answer that? No, the gameplay stays like that.
I played through Doom3 SP maybe three times. Every time there was another equally important game play element. Pause at those little places where light hits a totally beautiful surface or structure and marvel for a minute.

I didn't really enjoy it when I played it, but it certainly is a wower in terms of graphics.

It was when it came out. The graphics are bad compared to todays standards.

Not in my opinion, I still think it does the indoor sci-fi metal look better then a whooole lot of other games do it, next-gen or not.

My parents let me get it. (Of course, they also let me get all of the Soldier of Fortune games, so not exactly a suprise.)
