Having recently obtained a new Leopard iMac (woohoo), I find myself in sudden dire lack of xCode. My old copy didn't even work right on Tiger (individual files, but not projects. Didn't really affect Dim3 actually. ) and definitely won't work on Leopard.

So does, Xcode come on one of those 2 cd's that came with it? Am I missing some important CD? Or do I have to register with that developer connection thing and make up some fake company in the process... :P

It's included, it'll either be on one of the CDs (DVD in your case, probably) and the installer itself just might already be on the drive.

I believe you can also download it from apple downloads for free. I recall doing that for the latest and greatest. 3 GB though...
You're right. You can. I did. Smile Took a very long time to complete. I think around 3-4 hrs.

That doesn't make sense. Oo
For a 3GB download, 3-4 hours is not long.
It may have been longer or shorter but it sure seemed long to me!
Yup, its on the cd thanks. I had just thought those were for reinstalling the OS, guess thats just the first one.
Cheers.
