both are valid points. i
never can snap stuff together. i just dont think making the grid smaller would help - maybe we need something like magnetic edges and faces.
for the second point - i never understand why only one of the window has the full feature set like grid, looking direction etc. just give that all windows, not to mention more advanced navigation like WASD/mouse.

Could it be made possible to set a grid size of our own preference instead of using the 3 preset defaults and switch on or off for each axis to alow free movement?,
also it would be handy if you could see the grid on all axis. It just seems like total guesswork at the moment.

The "snap close points" option so snap points when you drag them close. I've haven't checked that since the new mesh stuff so I might have to go back and look to see if it does it full polygon or not.

The AA on PC crash - sadly, the testing PC I have has integrated graphics and doesn't support AA (I took a quick look today.) I'll get it fixed, just need to figure out a way to test it more properly.

Just disable AA for the PC version, if you have no way of debugging it yourself.
But fix texture filtering, dammit!

At that VGA resolution, it might help. but at 1024x768, let alone 1440x900, I barely notice a difference.
Brian, its really confusing how the camera cant turn ( or can it, and you just changes the keys? ) because i got used to that
You have to switch to front view. I agree though, it is annoying.
I kind of like the perspective view mode. I would like to be able to switch between the front and back & right and left views using that old rotate key.
