Another minor thing: in fly mode, could you please add the crouch button to lower the object and the jump button to rise the player's position?

And what if you want the player to crouch/jump while flying? Oo
You know, Bradamante, you can just set the crouch & down / jump & up actions as the same key. That would probably work.
Futirevenge: In the editor, use the spacebar to move the camera up and down. Though I do agree, the camera should rotate freely.
and selecting meshes would bring up a Blender-like selection mark, you know, with the arrows, so you can move it freely or along one axis

Hey, has anyone else noticed that DOT3 normal mapping and Specular seem to be broken for liquids?

Can't remember if Wings has it.
Nope. Wings uses a completely different approach though. It's better without it.
Close ... engine's a bit buggy but the translation is done -- Editor is turning out to be a bit harder. Test in a couple days, then we can move on.
