Could it be you are trying to use dim3 for the same thing I tried - architectural visualisation?
dim3 is suited for that kind of stuff but the geometry ArchiCAD produced is just unusable.
Oh, and i did delete the whole interface.xml :/
Redownload it (or copy Bink's example), and remove all the bitmaps text and bars.
It will be self explanatory.
Of course, if it's not giving an error, and you don't want an esc menu, you can just leave it.
