Definition of N00b/Newbie Wrote:Contrary to the belief of many, a noob/n00b and a newbie/newb are not the same thing. Newbs are those who are new to some task* and are very beginner at it, possibly a little overconfident about it, but they are willing to learn and fix their errors to move out of that stage. n00bs, on the other hand, know little and have no will to learn any more. They expect people to do the work for them and then expect to get praised about it, and make up a unique species of their own. It is the latter we will study in this guide so that the reader is prepared to encounter them in the wild if needed. So unless you are not willing to learn, you are a newbie and not a n00b.
Noobs are often referred to as n00bs as a sign of disrespect toward them.

Google.com is the first location you should check out everytime. It's also quicker as asking on the forum.

One some other forums this would be considered as Necroposting. Which, on many forums, is against the rules. Unfortunately, it isn't here.
By the way, Nightblaze, "You're" (You are) "Your" (Possessive | Your arm) ;] It's a common mistake so don't sweat it. (But do fix it. It looks most unprofessional)

Patrick, he didn't notice how old the thread was. Seriously.

Necroposting only counts for very old threads, and not something that is less then a month inactive. Imon's post wasn't useless, and he did not post to simply bump the thread to the top.

ccccc, how do you know he didn't?
Okay, while it is not quite Necroposting, the threads purpose has been fulfilled and to restart it is rather pointless in my eyes. It wasn't a rebuke. It was a comment.
