Im creating a level for my game, where there is no light and you have to use your flashlight, it was working fine, and i didnt change anything(exept added a radar, but how would that effect the light?) and then, it had light everywhere, not bright, but you could still see.i checked the other levels and the same thing happened on all of the others. anyone know why?
Sure you didn't turn on ambient lighting?
Or maybe you accidentaly hit F2?
I have no idea, actually...
there is no ambient lighting, it happened just after i added the radar, but as i said, how could that effect it? and its not as bright as when i press F2, so maybe it is connected to the radar, some bug probaly.. any thoughts Brian?
i just checked, nothing has to do with the radar, i restarted my computer just in case,
made shure i had the light files and stuff, all ok, made shure there isnt a bug when it plays music, all okay, theres nothing wrong, but yet there is still light. ambient lights on default, and that was fine until this happened....i even checked to make shure there isnt any light coming from the character.....

Odd, can I get a copy of the project?

Maybe some object in the project has a incredible large light?

sure, but the lights arent huge for each level, cause i can see the bounderies for the lights, and if i delete the lights, there is still light; not much..
sry, but i cant find a place to host the game folder, anyone know where...'
no wait, an object, here let me create a level with just floor and no light to make shure
ok just tried on an empty level, no light, yet it appears to have light.
Just email it to him, he only needs the map file, it should only be a few kilobytes. Or google "free file host".

no no, its every level, and it has something to do with the data files, since even if theres nothing in the level, including lights, it still has light...
Just zip up the data folder and upload it to http://www.rapidshare.com
