Another suggestion that isn't very important, just something for the infamous list. Smile

Well, it would be nice if halos could have an option to be additive. If you try to use it for a glare, and you make it yellow or such, it looks odd because it makes bright things behind it darker, not lighter:

Also, this hurts my eyes:

^halo not obscured by weapon

And, last of all it would be nice to have some kind of option to use facefoward as and optimization. iow, the object faces towards you, on xy and z, not just y. Then my sun wouldn't be squished.

Again, I understand there are more important things. Just a few ideas. Smile

I'd like to see that "not obscured by anything" bug fixed. And that "faceforward" idea is good. How about it?
They are obscured, I think, but not by in hand weapons.
Is the new faceforward added in b9? Something's changed about it and it kind of screwed up my vegetation.

I'm not sure what brian did (or didn't do) in b9, but textures with lots of transparency are royally screwed up. I doubt it's faceforward though.
Weren't textures with lots of transparencies -always- screwed up? Rolleyes
Or do you mean the problem with the transparencies not showing?
Fact: Even cut-out alpha fucks everything up. This has to be fixed.

Amen.
