Wings 3D, should I get c4D?
i dont know... c4d is probably the best 3d programm. its really easy to use (not as easy as wings)

No it isn't, but I can't even see where you CAN order in on their website.

It's hard to just teach someone how to make a good texture, but you can google texturing tutorials on the internet.
For some things you can try to find an over all texture that matches, then modify it to your needs.

It has an enormous library of textures from awsome to downright lame. You can find a big skin texture there for hands, a metal texture that can be colored in photoshop, all kinds of stuff.
