A 3rd person camera, you mean? If you still have the current version (2.1), one of the maps has a 3rd person camera (big outdoor map.) Look at the 'construct' function in that map and make sure you use those same lines in your map's scripts.

go to data>scripts>courses>big outdoor map
use that as youre course .
