OpenGL Extension Viewer (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/25549)

It'll give you a complete report on the extensions supported by your card for various OpenGL versions. It'll also tell you what's not supported. A list of the various vendors extensions and which are available on your card and 7 different complete (OpenGL ext) databases available through the click of a pop-down menu.

I have not gotten into working with a lot of extensions yet, hopefully soon. :)
