Street Fighter 3 programming codes or some sort of information

Hey guys,

I dont if this was posted before, but Ill ask just in case. I was curious if anyone would know a server, or a database site that I can look at the coding for Street FIghter 3, of a way to look at the coding while the game is playing on PC.

Any suggestions would be greatful

To elaborate slightly, you could probably find reverse compilation tools somewhere, but this would be illegal, and the chance that you, or anyone else for that matter, would learn anything useful or usable from the output of such a process is next to zero.
