Sounds familiar. It just snowed here about a week or so ago now.
I thought it was just Minnesota that got crazy weather like that. :)

I live in New York, so I get a lot of the same as Minnesota, being near the great lakes.

We were supposed to get 3 to 10 inches here in Colorado last week.
Passed right by us, was 71°F on Sunday, day after the storm was supposed to get us. Would have been cool to see a foot of snow melt in a day and go rafting in the streets.
Alisa was checking her weather widget last night and it said there was ice and expected inches of more snow..until we realized it was Englewood NY and not Englewood CO.
This weird weather comes in patterns, every 15 years or so.
I remember a blizzard in NJ, for Easter in mid to late April.
Its memorable because I got my Empire Strikes Back Snow Speeder
and couldn't wait to get out into the snow and battle my Imperial Walker,
until the snow took my decals off, and my fingers were too frozen
to push the button and make my amazing toys go "pew pew pew".
Cycles or not, we as a species are screwed.
Heard about the bee die off?
Wireless communications might be the cause...doh!
Hope they find another reason, like feeding bees artificial sweetner instead of honey (dumb asses), hate to think my airport is comitting genocide.

Yeah, we're having some pretty bizarre weather here in southern California too. It's supposed to be 72ºF this time of year and it's only 70º. I've got my sweater on.

I figure I live about eight hours *south* of you and we got all the cold air that passed by you. It's supposed to be mid-70s here and I don't think it got over 64 on one day (don't remember which), and it blew like a mofo. I actually had to turn our central furnace back on in the middle of April!

Yea, we got snow (though this IS the northeast), but I was on vacation anyway.... Still, better go to school in winter than in summer!
