hello,
I decided to hire myself out as a creator or editor for video game sprites. I don't have many samples at the moment, though. I only have this soldier guy I did for fun, who seems to need a gun :) (the size was doubled so you can see it better):

I am emailing a guy I worked for before to get permission to posts the sprites I did for him here for some more samples. I'll do so when I get his permission.

I also am experienced in making animations. I have two samples of my work, which are links to youtube videos. I had posted the videos originally in order to advertise for products I was selling in an online game called Second Life. In that game, one could create animations using programs like Poser or Avimator, and upload them into the game.
Both videos are very short.
The first animation was made to look like, when an avatar bumps into you, they step on your toe:

The second is to advertise a staff I was making:

Well, please let me know if interested. Thanks!

Do you have any isometric sprites that I could take a look at, also any other work I could see?

BTW, you do not need to ask permission(legally that is) to post those sprites you worked on up here.

That depends entirely on the agreement he has with that person... you can't just make a blanket statement like that!

In most employee/employer relationships, you absolutely *won't* have the rights to do this.

Hey Mussah, the developer of Midnight Mansion needs space ships.
Here's his profile (http://www.idevgames.com/forum/member.php?u=3484)

Well Leroy, from my understanding, isometric games usually use 3d models to make isometric sprites (it looks better that way anyway). I believe I could make some through drawing though.
Thanks igame3d- I sent him a pm.
Right now, unfortunately, I don't have any other work I can put up until I get some replies back from the guy I worked for, and he hasn't responded. I've deleted a lot of stuff off my computer, including sprites and 3d animations. If you want, you can describe a sprite you want (be very detailed). I can try and create it, and you can tell me what you think. Thanks

Perhaps I should have been a bit more clear in my first post. Presuming the game has already been released, and thus he is unbound from any type of NDAish contract, you will not find a contractual clause which will hold any weight, legally, against copyright fair use law, specificially comment and criticism(as far as just posting the art goes, taking credit for it, however, is a different matter depending on his agreement).

I want drawn isometric sprites only, not pre-rendered ones. I have some filler sprites which I made myself that I can send you, so that you can kind of get an idea of what I'm aiming for. So if you could, please post your address or mail it to me at aleister55@mac.com.

Thanks

Just thought I'd post another sample. Leroy wanted to see the soldier from an isometric view, with the same proportions as some sprite examples he gave me, and this is how it turned out:
