Hello,
I posted this on iDevApps but I thought I would post it here as well.
I would like you to check it out and tell me what you think.
You can download it here:
http://basic.alienartifactsw.com/downloads
It is a Universal Binary (and produces Universal Binaries).
It doesn't that many features yet and the documentation is very lacking but don't be afraid to ask me any questions.
Warm regards,
ERaZer

When I try to run the sample project it says:
Undefine indentifier at: D
Syntax does not make sense at: D
Tried running the space invaders game separately. It opens a black window then closes immediately without printing an error to the console.

Hmm... And does anything happen if you double click where it says Undefined indentifier at: D ?
What OS are you using?

Worked for me! Looks like you got a pretty good start on it. :)

Running the latest 10.4. Double clicking the error does nothing. Also, now it says Syntax error at: b instead.

Skorche,
Are you also running PPC?

Yeah, I never tried it on my MacBook. Though AndyKorth mentioned that it worked on his G5 the other day.

Yup, no problems on my G5, 10.4.10.

Although, I get an error on BadInvaders:
Syntax does not make sense at: B

Hmm... Thanks for the information.
I've posted a new build, both of DeorumBasic and BadInvaders. Could someone with a PPC machine please try them out?

Now it just says "Syntax does not make sense at: ".
BadInvaders now prints "Couldn't call function" to the console 121 times.

You can use the Finder's "open in Rosetta" checkbox or the /usr/libexec/oah/translate tool to do a quick check of PowerPC compatibility on an Intel machine.

Thanks for the tip. I realized that this morning on my way to work, I don't know why I missed that before
Edit:
Ok, another build, works for me in Rosetta, so hopefully all the issues should be sorted, could someone with a PPC system try it out?
Thanks for the help.
