Need of Team for Original Fighting/MMORPG

Freelance Manga/Doujinsu Artist putting together team for Ideas of a Fighting/MMORPG.

Format will be side-scrolling with customizable characters in a rpg setting. Much of the concept and gameplay yet undecided but current format suggests possibility of a Disc type distribution with CD-Keys. (Payment yet undecided, but will be recieved apon completion of game, can be further discussed during Independant Contracting)

Currently Looking For:
- 2D Spriters
- Programmers (use to a fighting game enviornment and able to develop leveling systems)
- Developing Concept
- Back-Ground Artists
- Script Wrighters
