I think we also need to check out non-English sites, and perhaps get HOW-TOs for submitting a game. Like Vector Japan is the Version Tracker of Japan. Many Mac users visit it daily. But to submit a game, you need to know Japanese. If I made a HOW-TO guide, then all you have to do is fill in the fields that I tell you. And boom, you are good to go.

www.applelinks.com is another English language site. When I put HeckleWorks on applelinks.com it only got about 58 downloads (vs over 2000 on versionTracker), but it is well worth the 5 mins to post it.
