Well... thats the problem. If I go into too much detail, I'll be telling to much about the storyline. The chapters are meant to be as self-contained as possible, to make it easier for me, as well due to the fact that he is a bounty hunter, and when he finishes a mission it's done. Think of GTA3 as an RPG.
But what I can say is...
He's blond, has a goatee, like the guy in The Lone Gunmen, not the pointy french kind, and has grey eyes (I know they're blue in the tile engine)
But if it comes down to it, I could edit the winning entry so that it fits with the rest of the story. As independent as I try, I can't make a system of unrelated events, or I'll have to compartment my mind, and then I'll start forgetting stuff.

Fine, here we go:

Damien O'Helly sauntered through the spaceport bar, peering over his Joo Janta 200 Super-Chromatic Peril Sensitive Sunglasses. He was on a mission, a mission that started several weeks ago, on the planet Bartislaginostof. The Bartislaginostofonians were in a spot of trouble over the meglomaniac Sodoff. Sodoff, it appears, is embarking on a rather lucrative chicken-laundering buisiness, which is devestating the Bartislaginostofonian economy.

His reward? A chest containing a box of PG Tips, and a small moose

He traced Sodoff to Stardock bepha, and decided the best place to look was the bar.

He browsed his surroundings, and suddenly saw Sodoff pointing a Kill-o-zap gun at his chest

His Joo Janta 200 Super-Chromatic Peril Sensitive Sunglasses went entirely black.

Sodoff shot him

Damien O'Helly died

:bored: That was a bit short:D but Damein can't get shot... He's the hero:D .
Maybe he thinks he gets shot but the bullet really it buonced off the laundered chicken he was munching(Sadoff laundered it in a vat of super-bouncy neocyphrogenic zenchozich acid) and hit Sadoff's gun's energy pack causing a huge explosion killing Sadoff and burning Dameins chicken to a crisp. Damein leaves muttering under his breath 'Wasn't worth it killing him, that chicken was good'. He wonders how he is going to fit the small moose when onto his smaller speeder. End of chapter

Well, actually, Damien DOES get shot, he just dosen't die.

He nearly gets his arm shot off in one chapter, and he gets shot badly in the back in another, nearly cutting him in half, and he get's into all sorts of fun like that
And Zachary, chapter 1 starts off inexplicably similar to that. :wacko: Ah well.
