1. What are the basic demographic characteristics of your customers (eg age, gender, income)?
2. Where did you get your customer (how did they find you)?
For a little background, I'm putting together my business plan and I need to solidify my market segment. To do that, I'd like to conduct a (potential) customer survey. In order to get the most valuable data, I'd like to find some outlets where I can reach a large cross-section of people.
