I have some free time and little songs are fun to make!
Just give me the guidelines about what part of the game the music is for, and I can take care of the rest :)
Go Hooptie!

Yes! More in-game music (1 preferably 2) for actual levels would be greatly appreciated, and feel free to adopt whatever style you wish although your first effort was fantastic and exactly what I'd like to see in greater quantities.
There are most likely other places to add music like Out of Time screen, I'd have to check those though.

Alrighty, I have composed another in game track. It's pretty light-headed. When I was adding the tuba part, tapping my foot and doing a little dance in my chair, I cracked up because it was such a silly thing to be into. I think it may suit Hooptie, though. It is a minute forty-three seconds long, and loops seamlessly. I had to export it to standard midi in QuickTime, it wasn't working on the web otherwise. But that means it lost the annotations. If you want to add them back in, the artist is me, Jonathan Czeck, the album is Hooptie, and the creation date is 6/24/03. Here it is:

All feedback is appreciated as always! Go Hooptie!

I'll get started on another one soon.

Just a word that I updated the file online, in case someone has the old one already. I broke down and added trombones :-)

I love it, fun, silly, light-hearted (I don't know about light-headed?) :-) Makes me smile... It is my favorite Hooptie music track now :-)

It's really difficult to listen to the song and keep a straight face and not chuckle. Certainly a change of pace from the other tracks but a good one. Excellent work Jon, it goes really well with the 3rd level which is a little slower than the others on my machine. ;)
I've added it to the playlist which now definitely sounds more complete, if you intend to make another one I'll roll them both into my next cvs commit. Looking through the Jukebox I've noticed we still don't properly loop the songs, is there a method to embed an auto-looping command in midi tracks?
None of the midi tracks currently with Hooptie have annotations. Should they be properly annotated?
