Whihoo, Escape is now finished for the PC, Thanks to Daniel Lurie who did an excellent job!
I am submitting it to a bunch of download sites now, but if you want to play it on your PC go to http://nuclearnova.com/escapepc.zip
Thanks macboy and anyone else who helped beta.
Now back to uDG 2003 :)

Wow, how did you guys port it? You had to do it without using metal right?
Dan used RealBasic, so he could make it on the mac and compile it to Windows and the Mac.

Out of curiousity, which Windows-centric download sites did you submit to? I believe someone else recently had a thread discussing Mac sites, but I think having a good list of Windows sites could be very helpful to!

Too put it mildly. The biggest part was taking all the procedural code and making it more OOP. OTOH, this makes it trivial to add new tiles or monsters.
Maybe a map editor would be a neat addition.
