I'm about a month away from finishing Midnight Mansion, and need some fresh testers. This DOES require a significant time committment -- the mansions are long, and you'd need to commit to playing the game several hours per week in order to be accepted as a tester. (Although it doesn't have to be several hours at once.)

However, I am ALSO looking for younger players (ages 6-13 in general), and if you know some who could test, they would NOT need to meet the several-hour requirement. They just need to be able to find Application Support, and know how to attach files from it to an email message. Or have someone help them do this on a regular basis. Whatever amount of time they spend playing is fine. :)

It doesn't matter to me if you're a programmer or not. In fact, it would be better if you're not a programmer -- I'm looking for as many "normal gamers" as I can get. But I'll accept anyone who will commit to doing a good job testing. So contact me if you're interested at:

As one of the level designers for Midnight Mansion I may have a biased opinion, but I still have to say that this is a great game full of secrets, great eye candy, and a ton of polish. I think that almost anyone here would have a blast putting in the few hours per week testing this game, and you'd probably want to spend much more time than that (and feel free to spend all your time playing... I mean testing)!

Vern has put together a wonderful 2D platforming game for the Macintosh, and your help will be greatly appreciated to help the release be bug-free, fine tuned, and an awesome Macintosh gaming experience.
