hey all, im looking to join a game development team. I know OpenGL and prefer using it with C++ but can also program in Cocoa and REALbasic. I mainly use C++ for the game engine because of the speed but use REALbasic for things like level editors simply because of the ease you can make editors with it. I have done lighiting, 3D animation and texturing in OpenGL.
here are some screen shots of my work

link didn't work (even copying and pasting)
have you considered photobucket for hosting your images? or maybe... paying a small amount a year (less than $60) to get a REAL web host? How can anyone expect to take you seriously if you are still using a beginners tool such as geocities?
all this being said, I would appreciate if you would email me at skyhawk@hkasoftware.com with some pictures of your works (3-4 would be good)

WOW! looks great. Email me from here, I'd love to check out those editors.
Makes me jealous... there is always someone looking for "easy game editors" around here and they are so hard to come by. Have a demo of what that thing can do?
Nice layout...maybe I should have switched to RB a long time ago.
ok back to igame3d dev....
oh if you want I'll host those images so you don't have to make this page take years to load on a cable modem

the editors were kindof specific to what i was working on, the wouldn't help any projects besides mine. I wouldn't mind making an editor for an existing engine thought

You say that now ....... haha. I'm sure Daniel Lurie will drool when thinking there is a shot in hell of igame3d going realBasic.
hey bill, what happened to your igame3d page? (the whole will be back soon) Oh around uhm..May? Or something I took it all down to redo it for the second anniversary, supposed to get that done in like a day or two right?
Wrong. I hit a major IDE bug, which I thought was a script bug (from so many feature binges), so got caught up trying to fix that, then since I couldn't fix it I thought maybe my system running off firewire for two years might be the issue so did a reinstall/upgrade thing and I have like no software reinstalled, i haven't pushed a pixel in months, then uh..various periods of burn out from either fighting the IDE bug and undoing the damage I did in that battle and stuff like that..playing Return to wolfenstein, Tomb Raider, Myth, Halo, Marathon, Midnight mansion, Giants, etc, etc, etc with my daughter, .bla bla bla long story...months and months go by no web page.
Boils all down to I don't really feel like making another web page right now.
I never ever have in my life like doing that crap.
Meanwhile in the world of iGame3D, I got it talking in a chat client we are building in Revolution, network iGame3D dev returns after 2 years, woohoo. Now to figure out how to make it autogenerate my homepage everyday :D or every minute....hmmm.

i would only suggest making the editors in REALbasic, it seems a bit to slow for a game that needs to push everything as hard as it can.

iGame3D editor is made in Runtime Revolution (http://www.runrev.com), using an external library written in C probably like you did with RB.
It actually runs quick in the editor.
The player app is built in project builder without all the Rev engine overhead.
The biggest thing holding me back now that I'm over the RunRev learning curve is uh, features features features, model format changes, features, more features, and where the hell do i put it all in the UI?!?!? Sucks that the rev community is always asking "where is the openGL external" and never stepping up and sayin "dude we'll help build that UI so you can get it out".
Hey man let me try your editors! I need brain food.

i would rather not just because they are kindof messed up right now, i switched from RB 3.5 to RB 5.5 and it messed alot of things up. i could give you some ideas if you let me see yours though ;)

just because they are kindof messed up right now,
story of my life.
Here's the latest with the server included in the shot and chat client actually running in it (http://www.igame3d.com/igame3dchatrev.png)
There's a billion other windows hidden inside. I should make build as is and let you suffer your own request.
Its a total mess trying to find the right way to present everything.
Things I made and liked six months ago I despise now.
Things I spent a day scripting, I have NO idea what it does now, or what the hell the code means. Truly baffling.
