Well, like Alex (ThemsAllTook) has said, since uDGS doesn't allow user feedback, I'll post here too
This is the Third update to My uDGS entry, but it's the best one so far (IMO)
To view the source code, you need REALbasic 5.5 or newer
It may open in 5.0 but will not compile as I'm using 5.5 features
Espionage Web Page (http://espionage.gryphonclaw.net)
Wel, have fun testing, and please give some feedback =)

Interesting, though the controls weren't very intuitive for me. The idea of a game named "espionage" sounded very intriguing, though, so keep working on this game!
Also, pressing command-Q brought up a dialog with a disk image icon and a code number, which I assume is a bug. It should probably be changed to actually quit out of the program. Actually, it just happens whenever command is pressed.
In fact, I can't get any of the controls to work, really... it's sort of non-functional on my computer right now. Maybe I'm not getting it yet... but keep trying, it'll get better I'm sure!

love these kinds of games! Here are some bugs/requests/questions:
I cant do anything with the file cabinets - should I?
My guy gets drawn on top of the other guy - even if my guy is farther away.
Please allow me to Inspect/Open if Im in the general area of an object - I shouldnt have to line myself up exactly to the door to open it - as along as Im generally in front of it, it should open IMHO.
Make the Inspect/Open key triggered only by an initial key down event - if I hold the A key down in front of a door - the door shouldnt continuously open and close.
Maybe do something to better highlight southern doors - I missed those initially.
but great start - good luck in the contest!

I don't know if it is just the IE/PC I am using, but the web page seems to have no working links?
It's not just you, DaFalcon. :)

Hmm.. this is odd... It works competely fine on my machine and a few other people's but not on others.. what browser are you guys using? I think it would be best viewed with Safari, and make sure you have JS enabled

Eric Hoaglin
This is in Safari, and the source has no links in it...

The "New Download" text on the main page seems like it should be a link but isnt - click first on the download box at the top of the screen - then there is a link for the .dmg called "Espionage a1" at the bottom of the page. It is bad web design - not that there are links that dont work right.
Eric - maybe dont make underlined text that looks like it should be a link - its confusing!
Safari must not like the frames -- the top of the screen is blank white.
