Everything in the article is so true. The game industry is full of crap. Everyone think it's great but it's not. Don't go in there, or you'll seriously regret it.

The hours are part of the industry, guys, the problem was that they weren't being paid for them.

they don't HAVE to be. The company that does everquest REFUSES to let their employees to work more than 8 hours a day
