A few points (before anybody else pounces on this thread with the knives out...); if you can't/won't take the time to rewrite your posts into a form others readily undertstand, you'll probably have a difficult time properly expressing to anybody who joins this project the specifics of the project (which you fail to give even the roughest of sketches of in your post; this will not help you recruit anybody to this project...)

And that reflects pretty poorly on yourself when your stated objective is to develop a text-based game.

With those constructive criticisms (id est, I'm not trying to flame anybody here...) aside, if you're interested in learning how to develop a online text RPG yourself, perhaps using PHP in conjunction with MySQL, I'd search the forums - several threads have covered this topic recently.

that's so ironic i almost thought it was intentional

seriously though, if it is actually your dream to make this, then you shouldn't be surprised or discouraged to find that it will take a lot of time and energy on your part to make it happen. don't expect someone else on a message board to just do it for you.
