:D Hello :D

I would like to offer my services to create the great game art for any projects you may want to resurrect or make anew. I can guarantee quality classical form and dazzling textures. I can even perform in the 2D or 3D medium. This however takes a little time and money. So if you would be so kind as to donate to my cause to conjure up a great suit and tie for your gaming children we would all greatly admire the visual excitement wainting to be unlocked in your game. :bored: *chirp*, *chirp*

I know, I know, you want to see the real thing. If you just walk this way you can all see my so-called magnificence. REALLY, I am open and enthusiastic about creating game art because I can really make a game look fun and interesting and I've played games my whole life, I'm a 70's child. My fine attention to detail is of course to add to that well thought-out coding that makes the gameplay much more than just sexy. No, wait! this IS the real thing, tis not a spam infomercial, I am a freelance artist! Blah, nevermind, Just go to:

When you are there look at my diverse style and skill and you can probably find something about me that you like. Then perhaps you will allow me to assist .

I like your art. But, are you free?

Well, I can't really afford to do a lot of work for free but that depends on two things:

1) You have to communicate with me on a regular basis or you can't expect much from me.

2) You need to be really serious about your project or else you can't expect much from me.

Very cool looking art, Jason! You say you're interested in doing models and such for money, what sort of prices are we talking about? My group is working on a project right now that might could use some 3D character models created from existing 2D art, but like probably everyone else on here we don't have a ton of money to throw at it at the moment. ;) Some though.

Email me and give me a ballpark figure of your 3D graphics budget and what you may be willing to pay; I can negotiate.

bah, dont post email adresses like that or you'll get loads of spam after a while...

BTW as an artist you should really look to have images on your website compressed better (i.e. bigger filesize), those low memory jpegs certainly dont show off the good work

I'm not sure I follow you. They appear very clean and sharp in my browser. :???:

You can VERY clearly see the result of jpeg compression. Its particularly evident on the edges of every picture with the background, and close to the writings it's blurry.

try putting the monitor the brightest possible. I remember, for a game I did, I did not notice the problems of jpeg compression due my dark screen settings. After that I used tiff (that is lossless) whenever possible.

but, everyone I've talked to says don't use them (???)
