tutorials for setting up a window in opengl cocoa

I have opengl working in cocoa. But I am not setting it up correctly with doing the nibs and doing classes. Can someone point me in the direction of a good tutorial. I found one but I don't find it very good and hard to understand and it doesn't help it doesn't work. Could someone post a good tutorial.
