Has anyone seen or know when or if Apple is planning on adding FBO to OSX? Thanks

Well, usually apple doesn't talk about when they plan on implementing various GL extensions (Apple still hasn't talked about GLSlang yet we've got some demos already that run in the software renderer) so good luck getting any kind of official information.
Now as a member of the public and entirely speculating, I'd say sometime late this year if we're lucky.

You're kidding right, Mars? You should know by now Apple doesn't implement new extensions, and when they do it takes years for them to become stable...

What's the "F" stand for in FBO?
Fragment?

FBO = framebuffer objects
A fancified and standardized new way for doing render to texture stuff easily without pbuffers or glCopyTexImage().

;) Just making sure Apple is staying true to form... Or it takes years to get the extension on Mac, considering they may have been on PC for at least a year or more... e.g. VBO, fill in numerous other extensions. :(
