New DanLab? I'm there.
Will it eventually be Mac App Store, too?

RE: DynaStunts, Mostly there - DanLab - Oct 27, 2011 03:20 PM

Yes there is a good chance to see it on Mac
actually the screenshot and video are done on Mac
on my dev version of the game

i need to see how to put my game on the mac store,
look like there is a lot of head scratchin'
like adding the bundle identifier checking.. etc

How'd you create all of the character animation?

RE: DynaStunts, Mostly there - DanLab - Oct 31, 2011 02:07 PM

The animation are done in Cinema4D
i created a plugin to export, animation and skin mesh.
it let me do springs bones :hairs, antennas, clothes

i called it BoneLab

Alex

RE: DynaStunts, Mostly there - DanLab - Oct 31, 2011 03:04 PM

i spent 8 months on this one
- adding a lot of details there and there
- trying to polish it
- Making 5 different Worlds (cup/theme)
- customizable players & bikes
- makin' different players

RE: DynaStunts, Mostly there - AndyKorth - Nov 1, 2011 10:45 AM

And best of all, it uses Chipmunk! Woooo!

RE: DynaStunts, Mostly there - SethWillits - Nov 1, 2011 11:18 AM

LOL I wondered if it used Chipmunk given that its physics are 2D. Smile

So the animations are hand crafted? Nice job. Looks pretty good.

RE: DynaStunts, Mostly there - DanLab - Nov 1, 2011 11:27 AM

yes all animation are made in cinema4D
but when the player is knocked it switch to rag-doll (chipmunk)
